MITCH WHITE
Mitch decided early on that the Volvo Ocean Race was his ultimate dream. During the 2005/06 Volvo he achieved his aim as bowman on the Australian entry Brunel.
Mitch is a professional sailor who can be found at the marina anywhere from Sydney to Rhode Island to Sweden and everything in between.
When at home, Mitch is usually found at the pointy end of boats such as Wild Joe the R/P 60 and the Volvo 70, which is now known as the Jones 70 Ichi Ban. The thrill of ocean racing has not dampened Mitch's love of one design racing. He is still keen to don the harness and attack the bow on the Farr 40 when he gets the chance.
