MOTH WORLD CHAMPION
Rohan blitzed the Moth World Championships at beautiful Lake Garda in Itay in June this year. This was the second Gold for Rohan after taking out the 2005 championship as well, not to mention the Silver in 2006.
The worlds were full of spills and thrills, with one day topping out at 40knts. Racing was postponed for either too much wind, or not enough depending on the day. There was carnage aplenty with the mothies loving every minute of it - when they were not scared out of their wits!
Rohan began sailing at age 8, progressing through the Sabots, and 420 before Moth maddness took hold.
