This elite Foiling ThermoHOT Impact Wetsuit gives you unrestricted movement with 4mm of neoprene insulation for sailing high performance foiling boats. If you include the depth of the backer and face on the neoprene, you get 5mm insulation.

90% Neoprene, 10% Polyamide 4mm/3mm neoprene.
5mm/3.8mm total thickness including backer and face.
