Based in our offices located in Brookvale, NSW and reporting directly to the CEO, the key objective of this role is to deliver rapid processing and completion of customer orders while working with a dedicated team to secure unrivalled delivery solutions to the customer. The successful candidate will build and maintain systems to monitor all customer orders and key custom orders.
The position offers the opportunity for travel with a busy network of events throughout Australia and New Zealand.
Suitable candidates will be responsible for:
- Delivering services within tight deadlines while juggling competing priorities
- Monitoring order fulfillment
- Sourcing stock solutions and maintaining a live back order system
- Liaising with key customers to ensure we meet deadlines
- Ensuring accurate customer records
Required skills and experience
Musto Australasia will look favourably upon candidates that have:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Tertiary qualifications in Business administration or similar
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills
- Sound knowledge and application of the Microsoft Suite of products
- Have a knowledge or interest in sailing and water sports
